12:30 Nottingham FENLANDER
This Pam Sly runner is in rude form at the moment – winning his last two at Leicester – and will be all the rage to land the three-timer.
Yes, he’s up 9lbs from the last of those wins, but got the job done by an easy 3 3/4 lengths to suggest there is more in the tank from this 5yold.
Jockey Christian Howarth rides again and takes off his handy 3lbs.
So I’ll take Fen to ‘Lander’ the hat-trick today.

2:37 Newcastle CUBAN HEELS
The Gosden camp send this Havana Grey colt up to Newcastle today and they should be making it pay.
He’s done well in his opening two starts at Ascot and York in better races than this – despite being a beaten jolly the last day.
This looks loads easier and there is no reason to think this first spin on the AW won’t suit.
Cuban Heels should be dancing to his first victory here.
4:22 Newcastle APHRA BEHN
Another horse that did well in his opening race was this Ralph Beckett filly, who was a fine 3rd at Salisbury earlier this month.
She ran on well that day in soft ground, but I thought looked the sort to benefit for a step up in trip.
That’s exactly what she’s getting today – upped to 7f.
8:45 Leicester PENTONVILLE
Won at Brighton on Sunday in workmanlike fashion – but seemed to have a bit more up his sleeve at the line.
Should like the stiffer Leicester track and finish here based on that last run and is another of the Lucky 15 horse racing tips that is hunting a three-timer.
Billy Loughnane takes over in the plate and so in his current mood it will be a shock if Pentonville isn’t putting the rest in ‘jail’. here.
