12:45 Newmarket: DARK TORNADO

Aalto will be popular with Ryan Moore riding and his good record at his track. But the form of the Ian Williams yard could be better – they are only 2-33 in recent weeks.

However, with Aalto taking up the bulk of the market, this means there are many bigger-prices lurking about.

So a chance is taken on the Michael Wigham runner Dark Tornado, who wasn’t beaten far the last day here (3 1/2 lengths).

That came in the first-time visor too, which is on again.

But the big plus is the form of the yard – the Wigham camp have fired in 3 winners from their last 4 sent to post.

Tornado could be a ‘dark’ horse here.

3:12 Newcastle: THE GLEN ROVERS

This horse did us a favour back in April – winning at 33/1 – and has only run once since when down the field at York.

But is back on the AW at his favoured track and that’s a big plus.

He’s 2-2 at Gosforth Park and the Lucky Wadham yard also boast an incredible 63% SR with their runners here (5-8).

It will be not shock to see The Glen Rovers hit the back of the net again.

7:00 Hamilton: THORNABY PEARL

Today’s final each-way horse racing tip comes at the evening card at Hamilton – when it’s hopefully a bit cooler.

This 8yod will be having his 51st career run and looking for win number seven today.

He’s only 2lbs higher than when winning two starts ago, but has Jack Nicholls taking off a handy 5lbs this time.

The Adrian Nicholls yard are also 3-6 in the last 14 days and boast a 29% SR with their older horses (4+) here at Hamilton.
