1:00 Nottingham: IRISH DANCER
Trappy little race, but I think this Declan Carroll runner is worth going against.
Yes, a recent second at Thirsk was a good effort – beaten only a short head.
But he’s off the same mark here and Zak Wheatley can’t claim 3lbs this time.
He’s won 5 times in his career (36 races), but all these wins have also been off slightly lower marks.
He also takes on Invincible Crown again here, who was 4th in his last race – but looked a tad unlucky in running that day.
I’ll take Irish Dancer to have two left feet today.
