2:10 Chester: TIMBER TWELVE
The form of the Michael Bell yard at the moment is only average at best – heading into today just 1-22 in the last 14 days.
They will be trying to improve that figure here with his 3yold, who has won 3 of his 5 starts to date.
The last win was an easy 2 1/4 length success at Epsom a month ago.
But is up 6lbs for that win so another step forward is needed, while he’s back at Chester, where he was 5th (of 10) at the end of May.
Therefore, he’s got a bit to prove back on the Roodee for me and with the Bell yard not ringing at the moment, I’m happy to take him on here at the prices.
Note: Some picks can drift during the day (obviously we have no control of that) – but I’d say if they hit 8.0+ they are prob best left (for obvious reasons).
