A competitive handicap here with many chances, but this Roger Fell runner looks like going off as the jolly.
He’s been running constantly well all season, including a win at Donny two starts back.
But failed (okay by a short head) off 3lbs higher next time – and is up another 3lbs here.
Yes, he’s also a former Listed winner here at York, but that came back in 2022.
However, the main niggle for me over this higher rating is the SR of the Fell yard here at York.
They head here 0-73 with their recent runners!
