Winner of two of his 16 races, but these successes both came off lower marks than today.
Is running here off 5lbs higher than his last win and so more needed.
But the niggle for me is the trip (1m 3 1/2f) – with both wins over 1m4f and 2m.
In short, I just think he needs further and might need to drop a tad down the handicap.
Note: Some picks can drift during the day (obviously we have no control of that) – but I’d say if they hit 8.0+ they are prob best left (for obvious reasons).
