Horse Racing NAP Of The Day Tip 🥇
5:30 Wolverhampton: MAGNETUDE (NAP)
Just the five runners here and cases for most, but the one that seems to have the most to come is this James Owen runner.
This 3yold colt is back from a 116-day break but showed enough in his three runs last year to suggest a win is not far away.
Up in trip today too (1m4f), but has plenty of hope of staying based on pedigree – related to Liam Swagger and Father Of Jazz.
I’ll take Magnetude to have ‘too much’ here.
Other Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips Today🏇
6:30 Wolverhampton: TED LE SAUX (NB)
The Andrew Balding yard have been doing well during the winter months on the AW and they should be picking up another winner here.
Has the unraced Varian horse Mobberley Rose to beat, but has the experience edge and impressed in winning at Newcastle last time out.
Has to carry a penalty for that win and give a fair bit of weight away, but still looks a cut above this bunch.
3:30 Ffos Las: WHISKEY YANKEE
Lon Chaney (9th) and Whiskey Yankee (5th) met recently at Haydock with both running below par after good wins.
There was around 15 lengths between then that day and even though it’s unlikely to be that difference here with only 4 runners – I still think the form will be upheld.
Yes, Whiskey Yankee also didn’t jump the best that day but that was still only his second run over hurdles and can be expected to have brushed up in this department.
Both have a bit to prove, but I just feel Lon Chaney has slightly more to overcome – based on their last run against each other.
4:15 Plumpton: FERRET JEETER
Has been doing well over hurdles of late – including winning here back in February and then running second over this sort of trip last time.
Switched to fences today in what will be his first try over the bigger obstacles.
But is a fair jumper to suggest all will be fine and the Plumpton fences are a tad less demanding than some tracks.
Chad Bament rides again and takes off a handy 7lbs.
Bonus Each-Way Betting Tips🏇
2:45 Plumpton: PARK ANNONCIADE
Is 16 races without a win, but has a result has slipped down the handicap to a fair mark.
Is now 5lbs lower than that last success, which came at Haydock in a Class 2 Handicap – and now runs two grades lower.
Also hinted at a return to form the last day, when a close third at Ludlow back in December.
Freshened up since and the Sarah Humphrey yard boast a fair 43% SR (3-7) here.
4:00 Ffos Las: LOUGHDERG ROCCO
Just a small interest here as this horse will have the Olly Murphy/Sean Bowen combo in his corner.
This 10yold beat former Grand Annual winner Unexpected Party two runs ago at Leicester.
Has had issues since, but returned last month to run at Kempton in a better race.
Yes, was well back, but that was his first outing for over 3 years.
Down another 5lbs helps and also eased in grade and up in trip could see a big step forward on that last effort.
7:00 Wolverhampton: GALILEO CHARM
The Marco Botti yard are in good order at present (3-8) and run this 3yold here.
Yet to win from 7 starts, but has been going close – including when second here at Wolves earlier this month.
Gets in here off the same mark and now into a Class 6, this will help.
8:00 Wolverhampton: PHIL’S DREAM
Kento will be popular here, but Phil’s Dream looks slightly better value for the John C McConnell yard.
This stable boast a 3-7 (43%) SR here at Wolves with their last runners and this horse was only just chinned last time (2nd) for this section at 12/1.
Well drawn in 1 and over the same trip with Hollie Doyle riding again.
Worth Knowing Today 🤔
🏇Jockey Nico de Boinville has one ride today – 2:15 Plumpton, Viscountess Nelson
🏇Jockey Oisin Murphy has one ride today – 6:30 Wolverhampton, Ted Le Saux
🏇Jockey Billy Loughnane has a 30% SR in the last 14 days
🏇3:00 Ffos Las – Trainer Evan Williams has won 2 of the last 3 runnings – Henry Box Brown
🏇7:30 Wolverhampton – Beauzon has won his last 7 races on-the-spin
Today’s Longest Travellers 🗺️
🏇7:30 Wolverhampton: WATER OF LEITH (285 miles), Jim Goldie
Andy Newton’s LAY OF THE DAY ⛔🏇❌
🏇3:00 Ffos Las: EL ROJO GRANDE
Hit a purple patch of wins earlier this year (three) but that came to an end last time here with a close second.
Up another 3lbs this time so more needed and those trio of wins also came over shorter trips than he’s getting today (2m 3 1/2f).
Can go well again, but with these two unknowns (trip, new mark), I’m happy to look elsewhere at the prices.
Note: Some picks can drift during the day (obviously we have no control of that) – but I’d say if they hit 8.0+ they are prob best left (for obvious reasons).

What Does NAP Mean In Horse Racing?
The term NAP bet or NAP of the Day in horse racing is often used by tipsters – but what does it actually stand for?
In short, it is the BEST bet of the day and the one that is thought to have the best chance of winning by that tipster.
The term ‘NAP’ is short for the word Napoleon, which comes from a French card game of the same name.
You’ve probably heard of the phrase ‘having a NAP hand’ and this is where the term comes from. Having a good, or the best hand in this card game.

What Does NB Mean In Horse Racing?
It’s similar to a NAP — but in horse racing, NB stands for ‘Next Best’.
In simple terms, it’s the tipster’s second-strongest selection of the day. Not quite their headline pick, but the one just behind it in confidence.
How Does A Lucky 15 Horse Racing Bet Work?
A Lucky 15 is one of the most popular bets in horse racing — and for good reason.
It involves FOUR selections combined into a multiple bet. The name ‘Lucky 15’ comes from the fact that your four picks create 15 separate bets, broken down like this:
- 6 Doubles
- 4 Trebles
- 4 Singles
- 1 Four-Fold
That’s where the 15 comes from.
A Lucky 15 is also similar to a Super Yankee, although that bet is bigger. A Super Yankee consists of 26 bets in total — 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 four-folds and 1 five-fold.
If you fancy today’s selections, you can use our Lucky 15 horse racing tips above to build this type of wager.
How Much Does A Lucky 15 Bet Cost?
Because there are 15 separate bets involved, your total stake is multiplied by 15.
So, for example, a £1 Lucky 15 will cost £15 in total.
If you place it each-way (covering both win and place), the cost doubles. A £1 each-way Lucky 15 would therefore come to £30.
How To Place A Horse Racing Bet?
To place a bet, head to any of the horse racing betting sites, where you’ll see all the day’s fixtures and racecards.
Go to the ‘horse racing’ section and find the meeting and race time your horse is running in. Each runner will be listed with their current odds displayed alongside.
Once you’ve opened an account and deposited funds, you’re ready to go.
Click on the horse you want to back and it will be added to your bet slip. From there, enter your chosen stake and confirm the bet.
That’s it — you’re in.
Will There Be Any Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips Tomorrow?
