Free Each Way Horse Racing Tips Today: Thursday 6th August, 2026
5:00 Sandown: WARNING SIGN
Took this amateur riders’ race 12 months ago for the Moore team and looks primed to go well again.
Jockey David Dunsdon was in the plate last year too and rides again.
Yes, he’s rated 9lbs higher this time but heads here in winning form after an easy success at Goodwood last time (3 1/4 lengths).
His Sandown form is solid too – 2-1-1 – in recent runs at the Esher track.
7:10 Leopardstown: DRAIOCHT
This 6yold was a fair 4th (of 13) last time at Killarney and is back in here off the same lowly mark (43).
But that run was his first since last October so can be expected to have improved for it.
Was actually down the field (13th) in this last year off this mark – but this time heads into the race off the back of a better showing.
Wayne Lordan rides again
7:16 Southwell: ZIGGY’S CONDOR
Former jockey Adam Kirby (now trainer) has a decent SR with his runners here at Southwell (3-9, 33%).
He’s got a good chance of adding to that here too with this 5yold, who was a close 3rd at Doncaster last time.
Gets in off the same mark, but James Doyle takes over in the saddle.
While the return to the AW also looks a plus. As he’s a CD winner here and has 9 top 3 finishes on the sand surfaces from 19.
I’ll side with Ziggy’s Condor to fly home.
7:30 Sligo: CORNMARKET
The final of today’s each-way picks is at Sligo – as the John J Cullen yard have a decent 43% SR over hurdles here.
This 7yold was down the field last time, but that came in a hot race at Galway.
Before that he’d run a close second here at Sligo and on that form can go well here.
He’s also a proven CD winner at this track – with all three career wins coming at this Irish venue.
