Free Each Way Horse Racing Tips Today: Thursday 30th July, 2026

1:50 Goodwood: DIAL ME IN

This Joseph O’Brien runner was well back in the King George V Stakes at Royal Ascot last time (13th).

But had many excuses that day – missing the break and also racing very wide.

He’s down a pound for that run here and also back in trip to 1m2f, but overall I feel he’s much better than that last run.

Regardless, that form has a solid feel to it anyway – with the 2nd Al Azd winning easily at Sandown recently.

Dial Me In is the ‘call’ here.

2:25 Goodwood: JAAN KI TURKI

Flann Sunna could be special after two eye-catching wins, but draw 10 will make life harder.

Backed up with all of the last 13 winners coming from gates 8 or lower.

So a chance is taken on this Clive Cox runner – with the yard having won 3 of the last 7 renwals.

He was 9th in the Coventry Stakes in June but came out of that race to win easily at Ffos Las last time in the first-time cheekpieces.

Yes, this is harder upped again in grade, but the headgear is on again today and this will only be his third run over today’s 6f trip.

4:55 Nottingham: AUSPICIOUS

The Nigel Tinkler yard have won the last two runnings of this race so a chance is taken on their sole entry here.

He’s got a bit to prove after two poor runs at Redcar and Leicester, but before that was a close 2nd at Carlisle.

That came over today’s 6f trip and so if you can excuse those last two efforts looks over-priced in a race we know the yard love to target.

4:30 Galway: NDAAWI

Won the Galway Hurdle last season and was also 2nd in 2024.

He’s back rated 7lbs higher than 12 months ago, so more needed – but we know the track is fine and he’ll have been trained with this race in-mind by Elliott, who was actually winning the pot for the first time 12 months ago.

James Smith has also been booked to take off a handy 5lbs, so really he’s only 2lbs higher than last season.
