Free Each Way Horse Racing Tips Today: Sunday 26th July, 2026
3:30 Pontefract: BRADBURY
The Ed Bethell yard have a decent return here at Ponty – with a 28% SR with their 3yolds at this venue.
They run Bradbury here, who has won two of his last three races.
Was down the field the last day at Beverley, but it’s interesting connections are dropping him back to a mile (from 1m2f).
Billy Loughnane also catches the eye in the saddle and with proven stamina, we can expect them to make full use of that.
4:12 Uttoxeter: IDAHO FIRE
The in-form Divilabother might be a hard nut to crack here – having won his last three in good fashion.
But is up another 7lbs here and has had a busy time of it lately, which might start to catch up with him.
So a chance is taken against him with Idaho Fire, who runs for the very much in-form James Owen camp.
Owen heads into Sunday on a 45% SR in the last 14 days and this horse was also a good winner last time at Worcester.
That was only his fourth career run and first since joining from Paul Nicholls, so there should be more to come.
I’ll take Idaho to ‘fire’ against the obvious call of Divilabother.
5:00 Pontefract: RAIN CAP
Like a few of last week’s winners for this feature, this isn’t really an e/w price.
However, I think he’s worth having on your radars today – as he landed this same race 12 months ago.
Is back rated only a pound higher and despite now being 9yolds, is still showing he’s loving his racing.
Last seen running a fair 5th (3l) at Hamilton and is down a pound for that.
You feel this would have been the target again and Sean Kirrane, who won on him last year, is back in the plate.
Rain Cap can ‘pour’ it on here and land this race for a second year running.
