Today’s Each Way Horse Racing Tips: Monday 8th June, 2026
2:15 Carlisle: RICH RHYTHM
A yard I like to look out for up at Carlisle when they race is Harriet Bethell – as they boast a 34% with their 4+year-olds.
They run this 7yold here, who is down 2lbs for a recent 5th at Newcastle and is now 2lbs below his last winning mark.
He’s run okay with give in the ground in the past too and should be a lot fitter today after two runs now this year.
Hopefully Rhythm can make us a bit ‘richer’ here.
4:18 Carlisle: MUSIC ACADEMY
Another stable that should also be noted up at Carlisle when they have runners is Ralph Beckett.
They’ve got a cracking 44% SR with their older horses here so their Kingman filly Music Academy catches the eye.
She is into a handicap for the first time today on a mark of just 65 and also sports the first-time blinkers.
Hector Crouch heads up to ride too, on what is one of just two rides at the track for him.
Music Academy could take a step forward at hit the right notes.
4:00 Leicester: SHARK TWO ONE
I like the repeat winners angle, so also look out for which horses are back in the same races each day.
And we’ve one here as this Jessica Macey-trained 8yold took this Classified Stakes prize 12 months ago rated 47 and returns on the same rating.
But connections have also booked Jack Dace to claim a handy 5lbs this time.
He’s not won since but often goes well here at Leicester, with two of his 5 career wins coming at this track.
This race clearly looks to have been the target once more and so I’ll take Shark to bite again.
5:28 Carlisle: IDEAL GUEST
The second Harriet Bethell runner to look for today at Carlisle is this 7yold.
As mentioned, the yard boast a solid 34% SR with their 4+yolds here and this gelding heads here off a fair third at Catterick last time.
That was his first run since September and so should improve for it and Rowan Scott is a plus taking over in the plate (first ride on the horse).
