Today’s Each Way Horse Racing Tips: Friday 22nd May, 2026

3:42 Goodwood: QUEBELLA

Jamie Spencer is riding well at the moment. Backed up with 5 wins from his last 15 rides coming into today.

He’s got another good chance I think here too, with this Owen Burrows filly that has been switched from the Richard Hughes camp.

She was last seen running a fair 4th at Newbury last September and before that wasn’t beaten far (1 3/4) here at Goodwood the time before.

Is back rated a pound lower and the Burrows yard often do well with their runners here at Goodwood. With a 33% SR with their last 12 runners.

4:52 Goodwood: KISSKODI

This Harry Eustace runner was a fair third on the AW at Southwell at the end of April and is back on the turf rated a pound lower.

He’s also 4-12 on the green stuff so the return to the grass is a plus in my book.

While despite this being his first run at Goodwood, he’s won at Epsom so has shown he can handle more undulating courses.

It’s also interesting that this race has seen 5 of the last 6 winners come from gates 4 or lower – so stall 1 also looks a plus.

Cieren Fallon, who is riding well at the moment, gets the leg up.

So I’ll take Kodi to blow kisses at his rivals here.

5:32 Worcester: FINE CASTING

This Ben Pauling runner won at Bangor back in November and is still 4lbs higher than that win.

But that also came in a Class 3 contest, and is eased a tad here into a Class 4.

Connections have given him a small break (2 months) since his last run and Ben Jones is back in the plate.

The Pauling team also boast a great 40% SR with their chasers here at Worcester to add further confidence.

7:41 Worcester: LIGHTFINGERED JACK

Just the four runs for this Alan King runner and is yet to get off the mark.

However, took another leap forward the last day to be third at Warwick.

And I think into a handicap here for the first time will see him even more competitive.

Tom Belllamy has also ridden him in all four starts and keeps the ride.

While having looked a tad outpaced over 2m3f last time, I feel the step up to 2m7f today will help.

Lightfingered Jack could easily steal this prize.
