Andy Newton Horse Racing NAP Of The Day Tip
5:27 Cork – ATOMIC CITY (NAP)
Has taken two bronze medals in his opening two races, but with that experience under his belt is taken to go two places better today at Cork.
He travelled well into the race at the Curragh the last day and was only 3/4 off the winner at the line.
That form has been franked too with the second Glyfada winning since. Plus the better ground today should suit.
So I’ll take Atomic City to blow his rivals away under Dylan Browne McGonagle.
Today’s Other ‘Muggy Favs’ Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips
1:30 Salisbury – MOONHALL LASS (NB)
Won with a bit up her sleeve at Yarmouth in the week and despite being up 5lbs is taken to follow-up in this amateur riders’ race.
Trip and ground are the same and connections have booked the in-form and very promising Henry Callan to do the steering.
Moonhall Lass can eclipse the rest here.
3:10 Salisbury – POETRY OF TIME
A William Haggas horse I backed a few times last season without success. But clearly looked to have some ability, just not the most straight-forward.
So a recent gelding op over the winter is expected to straighten him out and has been well supported in the market this morning, which is a good sign too.
I’ll take Poetry to find the right words this time.
4:20 Salisbury – RANGA TANG
Has been a tad frustrating and could be prone to one of the lesser exposed runners here.
But on the flip side his experience (4 runs) will also be a plus.
Also still brings the best form to the table, despite not winning – including a close third at HQ the last day.
So hopefully no monkey business today from Ranga Tang and he can swing into the winners’ enclosure.
