Andy Newton Horse Racing NAP Tip Today (Saturday 11th July, 2026)
3:35 Stratford GAMBINO (NAP)
Useful flat performer who has only had one start over the sticks.
But that came in a C3 Newbury race with the useful Kocktail Bleu winning, with this Skelton runner not far back in 3rd.
Has had a wind op since and back in February ran third to Constitution Hill on the flat at Southwell.
Genealogy looks the main threat after a 2nd at Worcester last time, but bled that day so would come with risks based on that for me.
So I’ll take the other ‘G’ and Gambino to continue the good run the Skelton’s are having with their summer jumpers.
Today’s Other ‘Muggy Favs’ Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips (Sunday 12th July, 2026)
4:45 Stratford EDELAK
Another Skelton runner that should be winning today.
Comes here having won his last two in good fashion – winning by 28 and 77 lengths.
Yes, he’s probably beaten little and was left clear the last day.
But gets in here off the same mark as last time (118) and should no problem with the longer trip.
4:55 Dundalk REYNIR (NB)
The Johnny Murtagh yard are going well at the moment – coming here with 7 wins from their last 32 runners (22%).
This Aga Khan runner heads here having been gelded since his last run – when a beaten favourite back in May.
While before that was a fair 3rd (or 16) at Cork and that form has been franked a few times since.
In the first-time cheekpieces and his ‘tackle’ gone, he looks to have a good chance of breaking his maiden here.
5:30 Dundalk DUVESSA
Looks a bit of a two-horse battle with the pick and Forthill, but the Joseph O’Brien filly gets the call.
She’s only had three career runs and despite being a beaten favourite the last twice the last came on soft ground.
Her breeding suggests this first run on the AW will suit and I also feel this slight drop back in trip is in her favour.
Dylan Browne McMonagle gets the leg-up.
