Today’s Each Way Horse Racing Tips: Thursday 18th June, 2026

3:05 Royal Ascot: TIERRA DEL TORO

The King George V Stakes has been a good race for trainer Ralph Beckett in recent years – winning 2 of the last 5.

He’s got Joulany in here too, who is noted – but their Wathnan entry Tierra Del Torro is the pick.

I thought his return run third at Newbury to Lost Boys was a nice effort and is sure to improve for that.

That last run was also his first since being gelded and having stayed on well the last day over 1m2f, I feel the step up in trip is a plus too.

James Doyle rides.

4:50 Ascot: WE’RE GOOSERS

Many many chances here – but I was really taken by the way We’re Goosers won at Newmarket last time.

He won by 9 1/2 lengths that day and even though he’s up 11lbs he’s only had five career runs.

I also feel it’s a good sign that Oisin Murphy, who rode him the last day, keeps the ride.

Draw 7 might not be totally ideal, but this looks a Hugo Palmer colt on the up.

So I’ll certainly be taking a ‘gander’ at We’re Goosers here.

5:35 Ascot: MOUNTAIN CAT

Aidan O’Brien’s Endorsement will be very popular here – but that means there’s a bit of value further down the market.

Including Mountain Cat for the Saeed Bin Suroor yard, who have fired in 40 Royal Ascot wins over the years.

This Teofilo colt heads here 2-2 after wins at Doncaster and Wolverhampton, so falls into the ‘could be anything’ category.

I like the booking of Kieran Shoemark and the horse he beat the last day by 3 1/4 lengths Zabeel Small has since franked the form to win.

I’ll side with Mountain Cat to purr.

8:40 Lingfield: COMEDIAN LEADER

It’s off to Lingers for today’s final each-way horse racing tip – in what is the last race of the day in Britain too.

This Jim & Suzi Best runner catches the eye as she’s dropped into a Classified Stakes race off the back of a fair run in a handicap on the AW here.

Is the joint top-rated in the field (50) and is also a proven CD winner at this track.

The other plus is the SR of the yard here at Lingfield – boasting a cracking 50% return on their 4+ year-olds.

Comedian Leader is the call to have the last laugh here.
