Andy Newton Horse Racing: Today’s ‘NAP Of The Day’ Tip
2:00 Wetherby – MACHADADORP (NAP)
Looks a bit of a two-horse race here, with the Cox runner Crossbar noted too.
However, I think the Oisin Murphy-ridden Machadadorp can get the better of the argument after a nice win at Chester last time.
The pick also gets a handy 3lbs from the her main rival and so with the expected improvement too is the call to record her second career win.
Oh and the Balding yard also boast a decent 40% SR with their 3yolds at Wetherby.
Today’s Other ‘Muggy Favs’ Lucky 15 Horse Racing Tips
1:40 Carlisle – CALL NICKI
Has been a tad frustrating, with no win in three.
But has been knocking on the door with some good placed efforts.
While the Tim Easterby camp seem to have found a slightly easier race for her.
4:40 Kilbeggan – LE COQ HARDI
Is 0-7 over fences so that’s a small worry, but this Henry de Bromhead runner still brings decent form to the table.
This looks easier and having run well here at Kilbeggan in the past (2nd), then the return to this venue will be a plus.
6:30 Windsor – COLD FISH
Several with chances here, but I like the way Cold Fish ran last time when third at Goodwood.
That was only his second career run so will have more to come and has looked to me like the sort to improve for the step up in trip (1m 2f) too.
Cold Fish can make a splash here.
