Won the last day at Lingfield with a bit up his sleeve and Rossa Ryan a clear plus taking over in the saddle.
But also had a 7lb claimer on the last day and is up 5lbs in the ratings too.
Meaning he’s now on a mark of 77 and with all 6 of his career wins coming off lower marks, he’d need a career-best this afternoon.
While that last win also came with a bit more give underfoot (soft) than his likely to get today.
So, I’m happy to take on this Tony Carroll runner at Sandown.
