Today’s Each Way Horse Racing Tips: Monday 4th May, 2026
3:40 Beverley: BLACK MISSILE/YELLOW DIAMONDS
The Julie Camacho yard have won the last two runnings of this 5f handicap. So the fact they are sending two today is interesting.
Yellow Diamond was last seen winning at Musselburgh in October when with the Kevin Philippard De Foy yard. And is only up 4lbs for that.
Black Missile was 4th in a Newcastle maiden at the end of November and makes his handicap debut today on a fair mark of 70.
But is also helped with the useful Tom Kiely-Marshall claiming 5lbs.
Both are nice prices, with with form in his race – either Black Missile of Yellow Diamonds will be colourful winners for the Camacho team.
4:08 Windsor: STRIKE
The Jonathan Portman yard are in good order and I’ll take a swing at Strike here.
This fairly consistent sprinter was a close second last month at Bath on his return to the track and is back on the same mark.
Should be better for that spin and does have a top record here at Windsor, with form that reads 1-1-2-2 at the Royal venue.
5:13 Fakenham: AFADIL/NARDARAN
The Paul Nicholls yard have a cracking 69% SR with his runners at Fakenham, so anything the Ditcheat yard run there today should be noted.
They got two in this valuable handicap hurdle/
Afadil will be ridden by Sam Twiston-Davies and Nardaran by Freddie Keighley, who also claims a handy 5lbs and sports the first-time blinkers.
Both are respected with the top Nicholls SR here.
But Afadil probably just edges it being 6lbs below his last winning mark, albeit coming over 2 years ago.
5:53 Windsor: GONE ROGUE
This Moore runner stands out today for me as he probably didn’t like the heavy ground the last day at Bath back in October.
Has run better on today’s better surface and was a good winner at Brighton only two runs ago (Oct)
Up 7lbs from that win (62), but still looks well-treated to me. Seeing as he’s won off 73 in the past.
Freshened up too and the market suggest Rogue is ready to rumble here.
5:56 Beverley: COPPER AND FIRE
This Ruth Car runner took this pot 12 months ago and I think he can go well again.
Not getting any younger at 10, but returned last time with a fine 2nd here to so he’s still loving his racing.
He’s back on the same mark as last time and is 5lbs lower than when winning his event last season.
Copper can hopefully ‘fire’ for a second year in-a-row.
