Daryz Looking To Become First Back-To-Back Winner Since Enable

After just getting up on the line last season to beat Minnie Hauk, Daryz will be targeted towards another tilt at the Arc.

If he was to win for a second year in a row, he would become the first back-to-back winner since Enable in 2018.

Only eight horses have managed to win it twice, so Daryz would join an illustrious list.

Enable was the latest, and she is known as one of the greatest fillies of all time and actually almost won it three times but was narrowly denied on her third attempt.

Daryz has already made an encouraging start to his four-year-old campaign, with two wins at Longchamp over trips probably shorter than he’d like.

He’s on track to run at Royal Ascot in the Prince Of Wales’s Stakes where he could take on Ombudsman.

Aidan O’Brien Searching For Just Third Arc Win

Surprisingly, Aidan O’Brien has only won Europe’s richest flat race twice. Dylan Thomas was his first winner of the Arc in 2007 and his last came in 2016 with found.

The 2026 Arc de Triomphe entries see the Ballydoyle master with eight horses in the mix.

He came ever so close to glory last year with Minnie Hauk but the runner-up will be back again to try and go one better.

Diamond Necklace is also a big player for O’Brien, she won the French 1000 Guineas recently and also landed Prix Marcel Boussac on Arc weekend last year.

We know she enjoys her racing in France so she could be the value pick at 12/1 in the Arc de Triomphe betting odds.
