The Aidan O’Brien form when sending horses over to the UK so far this season has to be a worry ahead of Guineas weekend at Newmarket after he has a SIXTH loss in a row.
Aidan O’Brien Form Continues To Be Poor In UK
We’re just days away from the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket and Aidan O’Brien continues to show poor form in the UK.
New Zealand ran in the Derby Trial at Epsom on Tuesday and was well beaten, finishing fourth. John & Thady Gosden’s hot form continued as Saxon Street bolted up.

O’Brien has sent over six horses to the UK since the flat season got underway and all six have lost.
The yard have hot favourite in the 1000 Guineas betting odds, Precise but the current Aidan O’Brien form has to be a slight worry.

Aidan O’Brien Guineas Horses In Trouble?
The Ballydoyle maestro has well fancied runners in both of the Classics this weekend.
He’ll be searching for an 11th 2000 Guineas win on Saturday and Puerto Rico or Gstaad could be the one to give him that.
Gstaad was supplemented for the race, but may still not run. As for Puerto Rico, he might not run either – it all depends on if Coolmore want to split the two up or not.
As for the 1000 Guineas, O’Brien looks for an eighth win – and has two strong chances in Precise and Diamond Necklace – but like the 2000 Guineas, they may not BOTH run.
