Another jam-packed week for the ITV Racing team with coverage on Friday and Saturday this week.
On Friday the cameras are at Sandown and Perth – so something for everyone with flat and jumps action.
With one of the Friday highlights the Group Two bet365 Mile – a race that’s seen 3 of the last 4 winners hail from stall 1.
Then on Saturday the curtain comes down on another jump season with Sandown’s bet365 Jumps Finale card at the Esher track.
With the Celebration Chase and bet365 Gold Cup two of the showcase races.
Is The Opening Show On ITV Racing This Week and Saturday?
Yes, The Opening Show airs at 9:30am on Saturday 25th April.
And will come live from Sandown racecourse ahead of their bet365 Gold Cup day.

The History Of ITV Racing
UK terrestrial racing coverage was previously shared between the BBC and Channel 4.
That changed in January 2016 when Channel 4 lost the broadcasting rights after more than three decades.
ITV Racing officially launched in January 2017 and remains the UK’s only free-to-air television broadcaster dedicated to horse racing coverage.
Channel 4’s final day covering the sport came on 27th December 2016, featuring the Christmas meeting from Kempton Park and the Welsh Grand National from Chepstow.
