4:12 Exeter – MWABANI (NAP)
The form of his debut second at Exeter has been boosted many times since.
Then certainly wasn’t disgraced next time, when second again at Chepstow to a fair sort in Aqua Bleu.
Connections of that horse also have the unraced Doha Rally on here, whis is a small concern.
But the pick has already shown a good level of form and that experience will be a big plus.
The Jane Williams team also boast a solid 23% SR with their hurdlers at Exeter, which adds further confidence.

1:45 Carlisle – ROCKING MAN (NB)
Pulled up at Donny the last day in a much better race than this.
But before that had won well at Chepstow and if returning to that form will be hard to beat.
The Sam Thomas yard have given him 57 days off to get over that last outing and the drop back in trip will also suit.
Ricking Man looks ‘solid’ here.
2:40 Naas – SINDAGAN
Johnny Murtagh runner that goes in the Aga Khan colours here and sets the standard on two good runs here at Naas on debut and last time at the Curragh in October.
That last run was a fair 4th over 7f and stayed on well that day to suggest there is more to come.
Likely to want a step up in trip soon but with another winter on his back looks the one with the most improvement to come on what he’s shown on the track to date.

2:53 Limerick – DANI DONADONI
Was a promising NH horse last season but hasn’t quite translated that to hurdles since, coming here 0-3.
But has still run okay to be second twice, including last time at Punchestown, with the first two pulling well clear of the rest.
The winner that day Ksar Fatal looks a fair sort too and so probably wasn’t disgraced in finishing 2 1/4 lengths adrift.
Paul Townend, who was on the last day, remains in the plate and this looks his easiest chance to break his duck over the sticks.

What Does NAP Mean In Horse Racing?
The term NAP bet or NAP of the Day in horse racing is often used by tipsters – but what does it actually stand for?
In short, it is the BEST bet of the day and the one that is thought to have the best chance of winning by that tipster.
The term ‘NAP’ is short for the word Napoleon, which comes from a French card game of the same name.
You’ve probably heard of the phrase ‘having a NAP hand’ and this is where the term comes from. Having a good, or the best hand in this card game.

What Does NB Mean In Horse Racing?
It’s similar to a NAP — but in horse racing, NB stands for ‘Next Best’.
In simple terms, it’s the tipster’s second-strongest selection of the day. Not quite their headline pick, but the one just behind it in confidence.
How Does A Lucky 15 Horse Racing Bet Work?
A Lucky 15 is one of the most popular bets in horse racing — and for good reason.
It involves FOUR selections combined into a multiple bet. The name ‘Lucky 15’ comes from the fact that your four picks create 15 separate bets, broken down like this:
- 6 Doubles
- 4 Trebles
- 4 Singles
- 1 Four-Fold
That’s where the 15 comes from.
A Lucky 15 is also similar to a Super Yankee, although that bet is bigger. A Super Yankee consists of 26 bets in total — 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 four-folds and 1 five-fold.

How Much Does A Lucky 15 Bet Cost?
Because there are 15 separate bets involved, your total stake is multiplied by 15.
So, for example, a £1 Lucky 15 will cost £15 in total.
If you place it each-way (covering both win and place), the cost doubles. A £1 each-way Lucky 15 would therefore come to £30.
How To Place A Horse Racing Bet?
To place a bet, head to any of the horse racing betting sites, where you’ll see all the day’s fixtures and racecards.
Go to the ‘horse racing’ section and find the meeting and race time your horse is running in. Each runner will be listed with their current odds displayed alongside.
Once you’ve opened an account and deposited funds, you’re ready to go.
Click on the horse you want to back and it will be added to your bet slip. From there, enter your chosen stake and confirm the bet.
That’s it — you’re in.
