On a plus is down in grade here and dropped 2lbs further. However, is still rated 4lbs higher than his last career win and with recent runs hardly inspiring I’m not sure he’s much much value around 5/2. *Note: Some picks can drift during the day (obviously we have no control of that) – but I’d say if they hit 8.0+ they are prob best left (for obvious reasons).* * * * ## **Worth Knowing Today – Horse Racing Stats and Fun Facts** - **Trainer Michael Herrington has a 44% SR in the last 14 days** - **Trainer Joey Ramsden is just 2-47 with his runners at Southwell** - **2:11 Ayr: The last 6 winners between stalls 2-5** - **Trainer Mike Sowersby is just 4-102 with his runners at Market Rasen** * * * ## **Today’s Horse Racing Longest Travellers** **Leonato**\ George Boughey\ Ayr 15:15\ 360 miles **Celeborn**\ George Boughey\ Ayr 17:00\ 360 miles **Conciliate**\ John Butler\ Ayr 14:41\ 359 miles **Bearish**\ Ed Dunlop\ Ayr 17:00\ 359 miles **Kokanee**\ Ed Dunlop\ Ayr 15:15\ 359 miles **Midnight Steppers**\ Ed Dunlop\ Ayr 15:50\ 359 miles ## **Horses Running Today That WON The Same Race Last Year *(UK & Ireland)*** - **4:35 Market Rasen: RIBEYE** - **5:00 Ayr: THETHEORYOFEVERYTHING** ![](https://media.readhorseracing.com/readhorseracing/2026/06/Midnite-Banner.jpg) * * * ## **FROMTHESTABLES – Get Top Daily Info Direct From The BEST Trainers** You can receive top Trainer Info Direct To Your Inboxes….EVERY MORNING (Daily FREE Quote Below) **Take a Look For Yourself –**[**JOIN FTS FOR JUST £1 HERE**](https://www.fromthestables.com/14daysfree/quotes/50/) **with PROMO CODE** ***‘POUNDTRIAL’*** ### **Today’s FREE QUOTE: Sunday 5th July 2026** **💬** #### **3:40 Southwell: HAMDA’S JOY (4/1 [Midnite](https://affiliate.midnite.com/C.ashx?btag=a_3358b_322c_&affid=924&siteid=3358&adid=322&c=))** *“Hamda’s Joy has been placed in all four novice/maidens and now goes handicapping off a fair mark.
