That was on only his ninth career run, but is up 6lbs for that effort today. But he’s got a big weight today (9-11) and despite similar conditions will need more and with just a 7-day turnaround might not be much value in the market – despite looking the obvious winner. At the odds, I’m happy to ‘watch’ Phantom here – rather than back him. *Note: Some picks can drift during the day (obviously we have no control of that) – but I’d say if they hit 8.0+ they are prob best left (for obvious reasons).* * * * ## **Worth Knowing Today – Horse Racing Stats and Fun Facts** - **1:15 Doncaster: Trainer Sir Mark Prescott has won the last 3 runnings** - **1:30 Yarmouth: Sir Rodneyredblood won this in 2022** - **Trainer Sam England is 3-6 (50%) in the last 14 days** - **3:50 Cartmel – Trainer James Moffatt has won 3 of the last 5** - **5:20 Newmarket: The Gosden yard have won 3 of the last 6** - **8:10 Newmarket: Dereham has won this race 3 times before** - **8:53 Bangor: William Maggas and Donald McCain have won the last 2** * * * ## **Today’s Horse Racing Longest Travellers** **Jazzy Baby**\ Keiran Burke\ Newcastle (AW) 18:18\ 354 miles **Vitalline**\ Keiran Burke\ Newcastle (AW) 20:38\ 354 miles **Ashariba**\ David Menuisier\ Newcastle (AW) 18:53\ 334 miles **Uluru**\ David Menuisier\ Newcastle (AW) 18:53\ 334 miles **Racingbreaks Ryder**\ Charles Hills\ Newcastle (AW) 18:18\ 283 miles **Dreamasar**\ Ed Walker\ Newcastle (AW) 18:53\ 283 miles ## **Horses Running Today That WON The Same Race Last Year *(UK & Ireland)*** - **12:00 Yarmouth: ZAFAAN** - **3:50 Cartmel: FAIRLAWN FLYER** - **6:18 Newcastle: CALLIANASSA** - **6:53 Newcastle: DIAMOND RAIN** - **7:28 Newcastle: PADDY’S DAY** - **6:45 Curragh: PILLAR OF HYPE** - **5:50 Newmarket: ANGEL SHARED** - **8:10 Newmarket: DEREHAM** ![](https://media.readhorseracing.com/readhorseracing/2026/06/Midnite-Banner.jpg) * * * ## **FROMTHESTABLES – Get Top Daily Info Direct From The BEST Trainers** You can receive top Trainer Info Direct To Your Inboxes….EVERY MORNING (Daily FREE Quote Below) **Take a Look For Yourself –**[**JOIN FTS FOR JUST £1 HERE**](https://www.fromthestables.com/14daysfree/quotes/50/) **with PROMO CODE** ***‘POUNDTRIAL’*** ### **Today’s FREE QUOTE: Friday 26th June 2026** **💬** ### **11:00 Yarmouth Jazzy Blue ( 9/2 [Midnite](https://affiliate.midnite.com/C.ashx?btag=a_3358b_322c_&affid=924&siteid=3358&adid=322&c=))** *“As expected, Jazzy Blue took a big step forward at Leicester and showed more than enough speed for 6f.
