# Jody Demling Reveals Preakness Stakes Picks: “I Thought He Might Have Won The Derby!”

**The Jody Demling Preakness Stakes picks have been revealed ahead of the huge race this weekend at Laurel Park.**

### Preakness Stakes Takes Place This Weekend

The 151st running of the Preakness Stakes takes place at [Laurel Park](https://readhorseracing.com/2026/05/10/why-is-the-preakness-stakes-being-run-at-laurel-park-maryland-in-2026/) this weekend after it was moved from former location, Pimlico Race Course.

And we’ve got the Jody Demling Preakness Stakes picks for a respected horse racing guru who has landed 11 of the last 21 winners of this race.

Demling also landed the winner, exacta, trifecta and superfecta in 2023, as well as another trifecta in 2024. It’s fair to say he’s an expert when looking to find the winner of the Preakness.
