**The double Aintree and Cheltenham Foxhunter winner BARTON SNOW is expected to remain in this sphere next season – as he’ll bid to defend his big Festival crowns.**

## **Barton Snow To Defend Foxhunter Titles Next Season, Despite Grand National Talk**

The Joe O’Shea-trained **BARTON SNOW** was pretty much unknown horse a few months ago.

But having won both the Cheltenham and Aintree Foxhunter races with ease, he’s now a household name for jump racing fans in the UK and Ireland.

Partnered in both races by Henry Crow (25), Barton Snow was well-backed each time and was super-impressive in his most recent success over the National-fences at the Grand National Meeting in April.

Winning by an eased-down 7-lengths as the 7/4 favourite.

However, the dreams of winning the biggest prize in jump racing have since been dashed – with his trainer J J O’Shea saying Barton Snow will NOT be running under rules next season.
